Problem with changing location

Hi,
I created a project and simply exported and then published it on custom location at folder xampp/htdocs/main. The file was created EmptyWorld.vrml
Then i created new project and create the logic of changing location and gave there the url http://localhost/main/EMptyWorld.vrml in external location.
In portal hopper it keep giving the error Failed to fetch the vrml at url.Can you help me identify the issue.
I am pretty sure that xampp is case sensitive. This means that EmptyWorld.vrml and emptyworld.vrml are two different file names for xampp. Make sure, your spelling matches the folder name/file name exactly.
