Description:
The “location object list” is used to display and select the object in the scene.
The list can display nested, parented objects as a hierarchy list with arrow buttons that can be used to expand the list to see objects that are children of other objects.
Issue:
When new objects are placed in the scene or when the object in the list is dragged and dropped on another object, to nest the objects, the whole expanded list collapses to show just the top, unparented, objects of the scene. It’s difficult to work this way.
When creating complex scenes, functionalities, and behaviours the placement and nesting of objects is constantly used and the lists need to be expanded again every time.
This probably happens in the refresh of the UI of the list, everything is collapsed back to the top level.
Request:
Can the list remember how it was expanded before doing UI refreshing?
