Hi, one of our collaborators has published an application in the XR4ED shop. I bought it from the shop, but I do not know how to find it in the Portal Hopper.

There is a page where you can log in, but there are fields where I do not know what to fill in (e.g. Handle, Initial Host).

    I appreciate your help.

Please send me the link to the product and I’ll check it out.

I had a look at the product but I also couldn’t find the corresponding link. The link should be a button with an internal reference like this:
    hopper:https://xr4ed.cellock.com/product/b2bde9a0-1595-40f0-b260-5cdd006d1998/Greenhouse.vrml

The hopper will automatically start when such a link is encountered and interpret/run the vrml file.

Maybe you can check with Neofitos (nvlotom@cellock.com) from cellock to find out where the button is located.

    Hello !
I have a similar issue. I published a product in the XR4ED shop (named “test2-portalHopper” from Aptero),I can purchase it and download the vrml file but when I open it in the Portal Hopper, it loads endlessly.
I tried with another product (named “Lightswitch Demo” for A) and it works like a charm.

I surely did something wrong when publishing my project. Do you know what ?

As a matter of fact, we only recently finalized how the assets are addressed in the shop from the Hopper/vrml side. The next release will have incorporated all those changes. The next release is scheduled for next week (if all goes to plan)

That’s embarrassing because we wanted to start testing our project with teachers and students on Tuesday.

Is there anyway I could get a fonctional .vrml file ? Since the Lightswitch Demo in the XR4ED Shop is working, I guess there should be a way ?

We only recently defined the naming conventions in the shop and so only the most recent file uploads such as the LightSwitch Demo are working. The only way I can think of how to save your Tuesday tests, is to send you a pre-release of the World Builder (which may have other bugs) if you send me an email to robert.malzan@nuromedia.com to request it (I don’t have your email address and you shouldn’t publish it here).

    Hello !

I sent an email on Friday, did you receive it ? I hope I can do the testing tomorrow.

Thank you for your help, it’s really precious!
